Ms. Reese, Aiden’s Mom, is based from abroad so basically all of our communication was through facebook. Everything went on smoothly because she already knows what she wants for Aiden’s 1st birthday. We were able to package all of the styling so everything is already set. She was scheduled to go home together with her family about one week before the event so she was really busy. We went to Club Filipino for an ocular and to finalize all the details. Our team were really excited to design Aiden’s birthday since most of our setup are for Weddings and debuts so we rarely do birthdays. So everything was really playful and happy during the ingress!
For Aiden’s Stage, we decided to add the signature signage for Neverland and Aiden’s name in the middle as the focal point. We mix and match our rustic pallets and grass panels to create this effect.
We also added crates and tipi skeleton on the side for more accents.
For the Photobooth backdrop, we added the tipi and a bench so guests can play with the setup as well as be comfortable during the photo op since the layout needs the guests to be seating.
For the centerpiece, Ms. Reese doesn’t want a too elaborate setup so we just added our rustic bottles and table numbers, greens and featers for the accent.
This is my favorite spot from all of our setup! The Memorabilia corner comprises of photos for Aiden’s 1st pre-birthday pictorial, and a faux setup imitating a bedroom corner. To complete the setup, we added a faux window that we hand painted to make a night time feel.
